home near the centre of Ringwood.
The double en-suite room and the twin room with its large private bathroom
have TV and tea/coffee-making facilities and are both attractively decorated and comfortable. Breakfasts are served in a lovely conservatory overlooking a beautiful garden. The anchient Market Town of Ringwood with its weekly Wednesday market, historic buildings and many excellent restaurants and pubs is 5 minutes walk away. We are on the edge of the beautiful New Forest with its many walks, woods and glades.
Sporting facilities nearby include horse-riding, swimming, fishing, cycling,
waterskiing, sailing and golf. There are many sight-seeing features in the area including the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu, Salisbury Cathedral, Hurst Castle, Exbury Gardens, the New Forest Owl Sanctuary and Moors Valley - the latter two are on our doorstep.
Ringwood is situated in the Avon Valley and is renowned for its excellent fishing
on the River Avon and surrounding lakes.
The sandy beaches of Bournemouth are 15 minutes away by car and
Southampton, Salisbury, Stonehenge and Winchester are all within easy driving distance.
The closest train station is Bournemouth with regular bus services to and from
Ringwood.
(Pick ups from the bus station in Ringwood can be arranged).
There is also an excellent bus link by National Express from London Heathrow
airport to Ringwood.
The Isle of Wight Ferry runs from Lymington to Yarmouth.
This surely is an ideal centre for your holiday.
